DECISION
The management of CCP.A decides that Anglo Austrian AAB Bank AG will be suspended from the Settlement Participation in accordance with § 34 para. 1 lit. e of the General Terms and Conditions of CCP.A, after receipt of the publication of the Vienna Stock Exchange AG (2321) on the revocation of the Exchange Membership.

However, the settlement of the outstanding trades before the suspension of Settlement Membership is still effective in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of CCP.A. Anglo Austrian AAB Bank AG will not be dismissed from their rights and duties from already completed transactions.
