The IPO of Frequentis AG is imminent. The currently planned first trading day is scheduled for May 14th 2019. The placement price is € 18. As the world market leader in communication systems for air traffic control, Frequentis AG has grown steadily in size for almost 70 years - with the upcoming IPO, the company hopes for another growth injection. The core shareholder will be B&C Innovation Investments GmbH (BCII), with a 10% stake in Frequentis. It will be interesting to see if Frequentis makes a more successful stock market start than the transportation network company Uber Technologies Inc. last week.
