Upon request of our clearing members CCP Austria has lobbied for a prolongation of the duration of the separation procedure. Please note that the amendment will become effective for trades concluded on trading day March 30, 2009 (settlement day April 2, 2009). If necessary the period of open evidences of previous settlement days will also be extended.
Please find enclosed the decision (only german) and a summary of the procedures in case of a delivery default.
