As of September 23, 2008 there are amendments of the CCP.A Clearing Rules regarding the duration of the separation procedure. The change becomes effective for trades of trading day September 23, 2008 (Settlement day: September 26, 2008) but shortens, if applicable, the period for open balances from previous original settlement days as well.
